Unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or where there has been some other mistake by our account.
We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package. Returns are only accepted if goods are damaged and we have approved from photographs shared with us.

Shipping:
All purchases will be processed and shipped from Hong Kong within 5-10 days of order via Fedex or DHL Express.
Customers assume all costs also associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Tracking number will be available at time of purchase and furthermore Me & Henry cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Customers will be sent an email that includes all relevant shipping information once item is shipped. Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any orders placed after Friday midday (USA) will not be worked on until the following Monday so please add this into shipping time.
Sales Tax
US shipments sent outside the state of California pay no sales tax. California shipments pay 8.75% sales tax at time of checkout . Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.
